Join a Water Polo Club

There are over 300 water polo clubs across Australia in which more than ten thousand people of all ages play water polo in a fun and safe environment. Water polo is a great way to improve fitness, play in a social competition or develop the skills required to play at the elite level.

Water polo clubs are not for profit organisations that are generally administered by volunteers (parents of players) and are an important part of the community. Members are provided with many benefits including:

  • The opportunity to play water polo competitively
  • A place for social interaction and the opportunity to develop great friendships (for parents and players)
  • A healthy and safe sporting environment
  • Involvement in an Olympic sport
